Can I cancel or alter my order after it is placed?If the order has not yet been shipped it can be cancelled. If you need to cancel your order, please use the "Contact" link on the Web site.
Can I return my purchase?
Returns are accepted for product defects or errors in shipping. If the product is defective or you received something different than you ordered, you can reach the "E Store" administrator through the "Contact" link on the web site.
Is their a limit on how much i can order?

What are the charges for Shipping & Handling?
The normal base shipping and handling charge is a flat rate of $6.95 Canadian or $6.95 US for orders. An additional $10.00 applies to all orders per $100 of order value. Charges for rush orders will be calculated separately and the customer informed before their credit card is charged.
What form of payments are accepted?
VISA,Mastercard, or AMEX are preferred. Checks and money orders are accepted as well and should be made payable to: The Promotional Specialists. The mailing address is 168 Konrad Cres, Markham, ON ,L36 9T9, Canada.

What if the Gymnastics Boutique is out of stock of an item(s)?
If a product(s) is out of stock the customer will be notified by email within 2 business days. The customer can then decide if they want to wait for the delivery or cancel their order.
When can I expect my order?
The vast majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Due to unforseen demand should an item be out of stock, please allow 2-4 weeks for replenishment. Should there be any other reason for a delay, you will be contacted within 48 hours by our customer srvice team. Shipping times vary from 1 - 5 business days depending on the delivery location.
When will I be charged for the merchandise?
Credit Card:
Once we receive confirmation that the order has shipped, it is adjusted to the actual items shipped and your credit card is processed. Where possible, a credit card receipt will be included in the package.
Cheque or Money Order:
Your order will be shipped once payment has been received by The Promotional Specialists.
